Position: Executive Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1500 QR/month

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Reporting to the Head Chef, the Executive Chef will be responsible for managing a high-quality culinary experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant. They should be well-versed in all aspects of food preparation and presentation, as well as have sound knowledge of global cuisine. The candidate should also have excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities of the Executive Chef include but are not limited to:
• Developing menus featuring various cuisines from around the world
• Creating high quality dishes using fresh ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space
• Ensuring that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed by staff members
• Overseeing daily operations in the kitchen and training new kitchen staff members
• Developing budgets and controlling inventory levels to maximize profits
• Managing food costs by monitoring portion sizes
