We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing teams and organizing workflow within a variety of contexts. This position offers competitive salary of 1100 and we are open to consider a foreigner for this position.

The duties of the Supervisor include, but are not limited to: monitoring employee performance, ensuring quality standards are met, implementing operational plans and strategies, addressing customer queries and complaints, assigning tasks according to individual strengths, and developing staff training programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving conflicts between employees and managing the day-to-day operations of the team.

To be successful as a Supervisor, you should be a highly organized individual with strong communication skills. You should also have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not necessary; however we do expect minimal work experience from the applicant.
