Dental Assistant Vacancy - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental practice in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with both adults and children patients in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1700 QAR per month and we are ready to consider immigrant candidates.

The successful candidate should have a background in dental assisting and be familiar with different dental procedures and tools. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. The duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing patients for treatment, taking medical history, explaining treatments
• Assisting the dentist during procedures such as taking x-rays, impressions, providing suctioning etc.
• Preparing materials required for treatments
• Sterilising instruments
• Maintaining equipment
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing and payment processing
• Answering phone calls from patients regarding appointments or inquiries about services

Applicants should also have attention to detail, good time management skills, problem solving abilities, knowledge of medical terminology and standards of infection control. A valid license from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners is also required for this position.
