Job Title: Land Surveyor

Salary: 1700 SAR
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and certified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys in accordance with established standards and regulations, as well as providing accurate data to the engineering and development teams.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in land surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with knowledge of relevant software applications. Previous work experience in the field is beneficial but not essential. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using appropriate technology and techniques
• Measure distances, angles, elevations, slopes and areas accurately
• Prepare comprehensive reports on survey results
• Collect data on existing terrain features such as topography, boundaries, roads and structures
• Analyze data collected from surveys to determine relevant information for projects
• Maintain records of survey results for future reference and analysis purposes
• Identify potential problems with survey results and offer solutions/alternatives
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements when conducting surveys

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or related qualification

• Knowledge of relevant software applications such as AutoCAD & GIS mapping systems

• Ability to interpret plans & drawings accurately

• Problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy & attention to detail

• Ability to work independently & effectively within tight deadlines
