In addition, they must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team. They should have strong problem solving skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing new products, providing technical support, leading engineering teams and developing manufacturing processes.
