Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring guests have a positive experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for hospitality and customer service, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Demands for Candidate
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with guests
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to multi-task effectively
