Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all customers have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including hiring and training staff, managing food and beverage orders, ensuring quality standards are met, developing customer relationships and increasing business performance. The manager must have strong communication and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail. Responsibilities also include developing menus and promotions, resolving customer complaints, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all applicable regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of customer service principles
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar field is preferred
• Ability to work with flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
