We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant in a large city. They should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees. A knowledge of food safety regulations, menu development and pricing strategies is essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to problem-solve efficiently.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service to budgeting and cost control. You will ensure that all staff adhere to high standards of customer service and that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety and security at all times.

The position offers a competitive salary package of 1100 AED per month, with additional benefits including health insurance, annual leave and performance bonuses. We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates who can demonstrate relevant work experience in the UAE or abroad.
