They should also have good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, staff management, budgeting, ordering supplies, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. They will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and dealing with difficult situations.
