Job Title: Barista
Location: El-Ain, UAE
Salary: 1400 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other hot beverages to customers. This position is open to immigrants.

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, cappuccino, latte, and other hot beverages
• Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing drinks
• Respond promptly and politely to customer requests
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Receive payments from customers and provide accurate change
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches or pastries when needed
• Monitor product quality and freshness of ingredients regularly
• Upsell additional products when appropriate

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
• Knowledge of coffee making techniques and equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with all types of coffee blends, espresso drinks, teas, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly under pressure
