We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join the team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join one of the most exciting, innovative and ambitious restaurants in the region.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen staff and ensuring that all meals are prepared and cooked to the highest standards. They will be expected to create menus, costing dishes, manage stock and ensure that health and safety standards are met. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills as they will need to liaise with other departments.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing menus, managing kitchen staff and ensuring that all meals are cooked on time and to a high standard. A keen eye for detail is key as is a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. An understanding of nutrition and hygiene regulations is essential as well as experience in food waste management.

We offer a generous salary of 1500 per month for this role along with various benefits including flexible working hours, meal allowance and private medical insurance. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who can demonstrate their experience in a similar role.
