Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in Al-Kuwait? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient procurement, and food preparation. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Responsibilities include:
-Assisting the Executive Chef in creating menus and recipes
-Ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
-Preparing menu items including entrées, sauces, sides, and desserts
-Monitoring food quality, presentation, and safety standards
-Maintaining a clean and organized work area
-Training other kitchen staff members on proper cooking techniques
-Providing support to other kitchen staff during high volume times

Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
-Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various styles of cooking
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task -Ability to work independently or as part of a team -Excellent communication skills both verbal & written -ServSafe certification preferred but not required -Foreigners welcome to apply
