Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations of our organization. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1200. We are also open to consider foreign applicants with no experience in the field.

Responsibilities

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper functioning of all departments within the organization. This includes overseeing staff, creating/updating policies, setting objectives for staff and projects, monitoring performance, and more. The Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets and financial planning, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a managerial role in a reputable company or organization. A Bachelor's degree in management or related field is preferred but not required. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the industry is also advantageous.
