Job Summary
Administrative Assistant needed for a fast-growing business in Al-Kuwait. This role will involve providing administrative and clerical support to the office team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
β’ Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
β’ Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
β’ Maintain accurate records of client information
β’ Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by senior staff
β’ Prepare reports as directed by senior staff
β’ Assist with filing documents in an orderly manner
β’ Monitor inventory levels of office supplies to ensure that they are adequately stocked
β’ Perform other duties as required by senior staff
Qualifications and Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β’ Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
β’ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required
