Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

The Physiotherapist’s primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose and treat a wide variety of physical conditions using evidence-based techniques. This will involve providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, taping, massage and other relevant techniques as part of an individualized plan of care for each patient. Additionally, the Physiotherapist will have an important role in educating patients on how to prevent further injury or illness through lifestyle modifications such as improved nutrition or exercise regimens.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. They should also have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and be familiar with different types of physical therapy treatments. In addition, they should possess strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions to patients in a professional manner. A valid license to practice physiotherapy is also essential for this position.
