Painter - Al-Kuwait (Salary $900)

We are looking for a talented Painter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting surfaces and structures with a variety of materials, tools, and techniques. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces prior to painting, including filling cracks and holes, sanding rough areas, taping off trim, and covering furniture or floors as needed
• Select appropriate paint types based on the surface or project requirements
• Mix colors according to desired hue or shade using pigment powders or premixed paints
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns or other tools in even coats following instructions provided by supervisor
• Smooth out drips and brush marks after paint has dried with sandpaper or steel wool

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education/certification preferred
• Previous experience as a painter in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of various painting techniques used for various surfaces
• Ability to read instructions from a can of paint and understand safety precautions when handling hazardous materials
• Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites
