Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for welding various materials such as iron, steel, aluminum and other metals as required by the job specifications and standards. You should have a good understanding of different welding techniques and be able to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings to determine weld requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to the job specifications
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning joints or areas with grinding tools
- Perform metal fabrication processes like cutting, prepping, fitting, etc.
- Inspect completed welds for any defects or inconsistencies
- Repair defective welds using appropriate methods
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder for at least 2 years
Skills:
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding operations - Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings accurately - Good hand–eye coordination and physical strength - Excellent manual dexterity - Ability to work in a fast–paced environment - Attention to detail
