The candidate should also be able to motivate and encourage their clients, build relationships, and provide feedback on progress. An additional requirement is having the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in exercise science.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as a friendly demeanor with clients. They must also have current certification from an accredited institution.
