We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant must have a love for wine, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of different wines and their pairings with food. They should also be able to recognize flavor profiles in wine and explain these to customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a strong knowledge of customer service principles.

The primary responsibility of the hired Sommelier is to provide knowledgeable advice on wines and other beverages, as well as informing customers about wines available for purchase. They will handle all aspects of wine service from stocking shelves with bottles, to serving guests in the dining area as well as at events. Furthermore, they will need to help maintain the stock levels of wines on hand, manage inventory records, and place orders when necessary. In addition they will need to assist with any other tasks as needed by management.
