We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a professional manner. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role and experience is not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as having a friendly and approachable persona to put customers at ease. They should also be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, as well as being able to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of coffee beverages and food preparation techniques would be advantageous but is not essential.

The responsibilities of the position include: preparing coffee drinks, taking customer orders, serving food items, cleaning of the barista station, restocking of supplies, disposing of waste materials correctly and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all times.

In return for this role, we offer a salary of 1500 per month plus benefits such as staff discounts on products, flexible working hours and career advancement opportunities.
