Job Opening: Barista

Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

Salary: 1400 KWD per month

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, milkshakes, tea and other drinks. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating delicious beverages.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino and latte according to company standards
• Take orders from customers and answer questions about menu items
• Operate cash register and process payments
• Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times
• Stock supplies and maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, cups, utensils etc.
• Monitor the quality of all drinks served to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of different brewing methods including espresso machine operation
• Ability to make recommendations on different types of coffee/tea/beverages
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
