Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and decorating a variety of unique pastries, cakes, desserts and other baked goods. The Pastry Chef must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistent quality output. The successful candidate will also maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen, while adhering to all food safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to create new dishes and to work directly with customers.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• 1+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Excellent communication skills with customers and staff members alike
• A keen eye for detail when it comes to presentation
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
