Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies and plans to ensure maximum revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement efficient sales strategies to achieve company objectives;
• Establish key relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry professionals;
• Analyze sales data and develop action plans to increase growth;
• Manage the team of sales representatives;
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends;
• Assist in researching new products or services;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, orders, etc.;
• Prepare reports on sales activities.
Qualifications & Other Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven track record of achieving targets;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
