Land Surveyor – Jabal-Ali

We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys for the preparation of maps, legal documents, and other related records. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month and is open to immigrant applicants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in land surveying
• Demonstrated knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency with standard surveying equipment (e.g., transits, levels, total station)

Job Duties:
• Perform research to determine the exact location of boundaries as indicated by legal descriptions on deeds or other sources • Set up survey equipment to accurately measure angles, distances, elevations, areas and more • Analyze survey data for accuracy and inconsistencies • Prepare detailed reports on survey activities • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with site plans • Develop plans for soil testing as necessary • Oversee quality assurance activities on projects
