Position: Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 1500

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for preparing financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. The successful candidate will have a background in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing financial data to assess current and future financial performance.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Developing budgets and making projections based on past performance.
• Creating cost-saving plans to reduce expenses.
• Identifying areas of improvement in internal accounting processes.
• Ensuring accuracy of information reported to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Investigating discrepancies between actual results and planned objectives.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions within the organization’s systems.
• Utilizing advanced accounting software applications to organize data efficiently.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
