Job Description:
The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing individualized fitness programs for clients and helping them reach their fitness goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of each client and providing feedback as needed. Additionally, you will provide guidance on proper form and technique when performing exercises and ensure that safety guidelines are followed at all times. Other duties include:
- Educating clients on proper nutrition, exercise techniques, and lifestyle changes that support their goals
- Identifying any physical limitations or medical conditions that might affect a client’s ability to exercise safely - Creating personalized programs tailored to individual needs

Personal Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role in the health/fitness industry - Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, kinesiology, biomechanics and injury prevention/treatment protocols - Ability to motivate others while providing instruction in an engaging manner - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Current certification in CPR/AED/First Aid is preferred but not required
