Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED per month
Status: Full-time, Immigrant candidates considered

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine boundaries and land measurements of sites.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills as well as advanced knowledge of surveying techniques and land administration procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct field surveys to measure distances, elevations, angles, areas, volumes, and other characteristics of land for construction and other purposes.
- Prepare sketches, maps, reports, or charts based on survey data.
- Interpret data from aerial photographs and use it to create maps or other documents.
- Operate sophisticated survey equipment including GPS systems; total stations; levels; light detection and ranging (LIDAR); sonar; remote sensing instruments; robotic systems; etc.
- Analyze survey data using computer applications such as Autodesk AutoCAD or ArcGIS software.
- Prepare cost estimates for projects based on survey results.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Land Surveying required.
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and tools including GPS systems is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
