Job Title: Tutor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are currently looking for a Tutor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring services to students of various ages and levels. The Tutor must be able to develop an effective learning plan based on the student's academic needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
• Assist students in developing and improving their understanding of academic subject matter
• Create lesson plans tailored to each student’s individual needs and abilities
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies when necessary
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking skills and become independent learners
• Provide constructive feedback to parents on student progress
• Utilize appropriate teaching materials such as textbooks, worksheets, online resources, etc.
• Maintain records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a tutor or teacher preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with children of all ages and backgrounds
