Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1400 USD
We are looking to hire an Office Manager for our organization in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all office operations, including administrative duties, customer service, and providing general support to our team in the organization.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to work under pressure and multitask. The right person should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues as well as customers. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring that all activities adhere to company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for daily operational needs.
• Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries from customers.
• Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
• Assist in the preparation of documents and reports as required.
• Monitor office supplies inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is tidy at all times
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is preferred
• Prior experience working as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
