1. Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of professional practice. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medication and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other medical professionals in providing quality care. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well with patients from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate should also have experience with electronic health records systems and be familiar with the latest evidence-based nursing practices. Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad without prior experience in this field.

2. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practice guidelines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to use electronic health records systems

3. Responsibilities
• Assess patient needs using diagnostic tools such as physical assessment findings, lab results, imaging reports, and other data sources
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medication and treatments according to approved protocols
• Monitor patient progress towards recovery goals
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and other topics related to health maintenance
• Collaborate with other medical professionals in providing quality care

4. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred • Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) required • Two years of clinical experience preferred • Familiarity with electronic health records systems highly desirable • Knowledge of current evidence-based practice guidelines essential
