Job Description: As the Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting experiments and performing tests related to the development of new products or improving existing ones. You will also be working on research projects, analyzing ingredients, interpreting data, and developing new processes or technologies. You will need to comply with safety regulations while performing experiments and ensuring the accuracy of your results through meticulous testing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design experiments with precise methods; conduct all tests according to established protocols
• Analyze test results; draw conclusions based on data
• Prepare reports containing findings and recommendations
• Establish quality control standards; ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Develop more efficient processes or technologies; promote their use in manufacturing
• Monitor the production process; make adjustments as needed
• Review product specifications; provide feedback on improvements
• Educate personnel on proper laboratory techniques
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Knowledgeable in laboratory techniques and equipment operation/maintenance practices
• Good communication skills; both verbal and written • In-depth understanding of chemical properties and reactions • Ability to analyze data accurately; strong attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills
