Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position and offering a salary of 1400.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department including recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll administration. They will ensure that all personnel activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and succession planning.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a HR management role
• Ability to lead change management initiatives
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
