Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring food quality and customer service standards. The successful candidate must be able to create a dynamic working environment that encourages staff cooperation while providing exceptional customer service. Other duties may include training staff members, handling complaints from customers, ensuring sanitation standards are met, and managing inventory levels.
