Job Description

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our staff and premises. The salary offered is 1500 AED per month.

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in security management is an asset but not essential;
• Knowledge of security systems, procedures and techniques;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly;
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work irregular hours when necessary.
• We are open to considering applicants from outside the country.

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, manage and monitor all security policies, protocols and procedures within the organization;
• Develop plans for emergency response, business continuity and disaster recovery;
• Recruit, train, manage and evaluate security personnel;
• Monitor all access control systems such as CCTV cameras, alarms and intercoms;
• Respond quickly to any security incidents or breaches that may arise on site;
• Investigate any security related violations or complaints reported by staff members or visitors;
• Ensure adherence to laws pertaining to health & safety in the workplace.
