We are looking for a highly motivated Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety and security strategies, as well as providing guidance and assistance on security matters.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in security management
• Knowledge of risk assessment process
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, updating, and monitoring security practices, policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, systems throughout the organization. This will include conducting risk assessments to identify areas of vulnerability; developing comprehensive plans to address identified risks; preparing emergency response plans; monitoring access control systems; managing investigations; providing guidance on security measures; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; training personnel on safety protocols; responding to emergency situations; writing reports on incidents/investigations; conducting audits; managing budgets; maintaining records/documentation related to security operations.
