Manager Position

We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring the successful implementation of projects and goals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in order to effectively manage the staff, coordinate with other departments, and report to senior management. They will also need to have an in-depth understanding of business operations, financials, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans for business growth and development
• Manage daily operations including staffing, customer service, sales & marketing
• Monitor performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary
• Oversee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of activities
• Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding investments
• Track progress on projects and adjust plans accordingly
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community
• Create reports for senior management on a regular basis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team or business unit; experience in Abu Dhabi is a plus
• Proven track record in developing successful strategies for growth
• Excellent communication, problem solving & decision-making skills
• Strong financial acumen & analytical skills

Salary: 1700 per month (negotiable). We are ready to consider an immigrant.
