We are looking for a motivated and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of the English language as well as providing a safe, stimulating environment for students to learn. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience, although prior experience working with young children is preferred.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for teaching and helping young learners develop their skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or a related field is required. Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and techniques is highly desirable.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1000 AED per month, plus additional benefits such as accommodation allowance, medical insurance, transportation allowance, bonus payments depending on performance, and other incentives that may arise from time to time.

The main job duties include: planning lessons according to the curriculum; delivering lessons through engaging activities; monitoring student progress; maintaining records of student performance; providing timely feedback to parents; and working collaboratively with other colleagues. The successful candidate will also be expected to help foster a safe learning environment by setting appropriate boundaries for behavior among students.
