Job Title: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/Month
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and managing office activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate department or person
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Keeping records of all office activities, filing documents, and maintaining an organized filing system
- Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested by management
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Office Administration is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working in an administrative role is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
