Al-Kuwait is currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can handle the day-to-day operations with ease and efficiency. The position offers a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• A reliable and responsible attitude, with excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to motivate employees and ensure deadlines are met on time.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead by example and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations, labor laws, employee relations, and financial management principles.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred but not essential.
