Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to creating exceptional pastries, breads, and desserts. We offer a salary of 1500.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. He/She must have a good knowledge of ingredients, measurements, baking techniques, and safety practices. The Baker will be responsible for following recipes accurately while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

The specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: measuring ingredients accurately; preparing doughs according to recipes; shaping dough into various forms; decorating cakes and cookies; monitoring baking temperatures; ensuring that all products meet quality standards; stocking shelves with freshly baked goods; cleaning up after each shift; and assisting in other duties as needed.

The successful applicant should have at least two years of professional baking experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
