We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of current recruitment practices.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000, as well as other benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan. We are also open to considering foreign candidates who are eligible to work in Kuwait.

The Recruiter's main duties will include sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals; screening resumes; conducting interviews with potential candidates; coordinating background checks; making job offers; and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping track of recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
