Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Manager for our Al-Kuwait office. As Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures and strategies to ensure the safety and security of all employees, customers and assets. You will be in charge of creating a safe environment for all personnel by providing physical security, access control measures, emergency preparedness, emergency response protocols, investigation of any security breaches or incidents and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing physical security operations
• Proven knowledge of security systems (access control systems, CCTV etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to stay calm in emergency situations and think quickly on your feet
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Arabic
