Position: Florist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR/month

We are looking for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing, and creating floral arrangements for customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and a creative eye for design.

Responsibilities:
• Design and create floral arrangements of various styles and sizes as requested by customers.
• Consult with customers to determine their flower needs and preferences.
• Create original arrangements using a variety of fresh flowers, foliage, plants, containers, ribbons and other decorations.
• Maintain the inventory of flowers and supplies in order to ensure freshness and quality of all products.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered on time while adhering to customer requests.
• Assist with merchandise displays in the store or at special events such as weddings or corporate events.
• Keep the work area organized to ensure efficiency in operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Certified Florist with 2+ years of experience in the floral industry; experience working with retail customers is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, containers, ribbons etc., including care requirements and cost considerations.
• Excellent communication skills; able to effectively communicate with customers regarding their floral needs while providing friendly customer service.
• Proven ability to design high-quality flower arrangements according to customer requests within tight deadlines; must be able to work on multiple orders at once while paying attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be reliable and punctual with excellent organizational skills.
