Auto Electrician – Doha, Qatar

We are a top-tier automotive service provider in Doha, Qatar and we are currently searching for an experienced and talented Auto Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical components within vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of the tools and techniques required to diagnose and repair a variety of problems in vehicles.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Maintain electrical systems such as lighting, battery charging systems, alarms & immobilisers, power windows & door locks
• Read wiring diagrams to find faults and identify solutions
• Install new wiring systems for upgrades or replacements
• Inspect vehicles for any other mechanical issues that may affect the performance of the vehicle’s electrical system
• Keep accurate records of repairs made to ensure proper documentation
• Ensure that all work is conducted in line with health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician or related role
• Excellent knowledge of automotive electrics systems including on-board diagnostics (OBD) systems
• Ability to read technical manuals in order to diagnose complex problems
• Good understanding of wiring diagrams and schematics
• Familiarity with the tools required for electrical repairs • Great attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
