Responsibilities
• Manage daily business operations including hiring and training personnel as well as overseeing the performance of teams
• Develop strategies to improve customer service standards in order to increase customer satisfaction
• Evaluate financial documents such as invoices or payrolls in order to ensure accuracy
• Maintain all company records up-to-date with accurate information
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as labor laws or health & safety regulations
• Analyze data on sales trends or customer feedback to determine areas for improvement or growth opportunities

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of business principles such as accounting, finance, operations management etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication abilities
• Experience in leading teams preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
