Supervisor job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our expanding team in Doha. The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As Supervisor you will be responsible for managing daily operations and monitoring employees’ performance.

You will be required to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times, as well as provide guidance, support and direction to staff members. You will also be responsible for providing regular feedback, scheduling shifts, coaching and developing staff members, identifying training needs, resolving issues in a timely manner and monitoring employee productivity. Your main goal is to ensure that the workplace is efficient and productive.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a supervisory role and a valid certificate from an accredited organization. A degree or diploma in management or related fields would be preferred but not required. You must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as proficiency with MS Office applications.
