We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles. This job requires excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, and the ability to interpret survey evidence and create precise plans as well as land maps.

The ideal candidate must have relevant educational qualifications in surveying or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in this role, and a proven track record of successful projects. Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD is beneficial.

The chosen candidate will need to have the technical skills to accurately measure distances, calculate angles, and identify markers in order to create detailed plans that are necessary for boundary marking. He/She should be able to ensure accuracy and precision when recording information, providing advice on property boundaries, delivering reports and making recommendations. The ability to work independently or part of a team is essential.
