Job Title: Teacher

Salary: 1800 AED

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our team in Dubai. This position requires an individual who is passionate about teaching and has the ability to create a positive learning environment for students. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality instruction, managing classrooms, and collaborating with other staff members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of classroom management principles
- Ability to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
- Ability to work with diverse student populations including immigrant students
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom such as interactive whiteboards, computers, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver lesson plans that meet academic standards and the needs of individual students
- Manage classrooms effectively by establishing rules, routines, and expectations for student behavior
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Facilitate small group activities within the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, parent meetings, etc.
