Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED/month

We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and be well-versed in all aspects of restaurant management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee all daily operations, from food preparation to customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
• Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Maintain financial records and budgets for the restaurant.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably in the Middle East region.
• Knowledge of local food trends and products preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, in English language is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision..
