Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in restaurant management. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing budgeting and cost control, and providing excellent customer service.

Salary: 1400 AED/month

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- A valid visa to work legally in UAE
- Proven ability to train and motivate staff
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English is a must

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including supervising staff, setting schedules, and handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Create business plans and budgets to increase profitability and efficiency
- Monitor sales performance to identify areas for improvement or cost reduction initiatives
- Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels and improve operational procedures
